Through photography and reflective writing, I explore how the landscapes around us can illuminate the landscapes within us.

 

Early in my life, I believed I was simply photographing landscapes.

I traveled to mountains, forests, deserts, lakes, and coastlines, drawn by their beauty and the sense of wonder they inspired. Like many travelers and photographers, I sought to capture moments that stirred something within me, a fleeting play of light on a mountain peak, the stillness of a lake at dawn, a solitary tree standing resilient against the elements, or a winding trail disappearing into the unknown.

 

Over time, however, I began to realize that I was seeing more than landscapes. Nature was quietly holding up a mirror.
